The TeenKAY curriculum aims to give you the knowledge, tools, and practical skills required to successfully teach yoga and meditation to teens and tweens. Whether you use the lessons as a parent throughout the day with your own kids, as a classroom teacher providing meaningful “brain-breaks” for your students, or as a coach, therapist, yoga instructor, or counselor as part of your facility’s programming, TeenKAY has you covered.

Included in the TeenKAY curriculum are topics from teen brain anatomy to building communication skills through partner poses, and from guided meditations to using music effectively. TeenKAY also provides unique resources, such as a Sangha Agreement (a list of rules based on Patanjali’s Yamas and Niyamas), a guided meditation script, and the Golden Ticket (a unique lesson plan based on Integral Yoga). There are also dozens of games, activities, and crafts created and curated specifically for TeenKAY.
