What is Teen KAY?
Teen KAY is a specialty course designed for teens and tweens, focused on presence of mind and instilling confidence through the practice of yoga and mediation.
Included in this 6-hour Teen KAY course are topics from brain anatomy of teens to building communication skills through partner poses, and from guided meditations to using music effectively. Teen KAY also provides unique resources, such as a Sangha Agreement (a list of rules based on Patanjali’s Yamas and Niyamas), a guided meditation script, and the Golden Ticket (a unique lesson plan based on the Integral Yoga method). There are also dozens of games, activities and crafts created and curated specifically for Teen KAY.
